WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Shipping times may vary by customer location. We only do Express Shipping through Canada Post. Orders of minimum $1000 (pre-tax) qualify for Free Shipping within Ontario ($1500 for rest of Canada).

COVID-19 Update: Due to the ongoing pandemic and the need for increased health & safety precautions, please expect possible delays in your orders. Though these are not frequent, there are possibilities where they may occur.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We currently only accept payment through Electronic Transfer. Payment transfer details will be attached along with your invoice, upon which you can make the payment.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

We have a Strict NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND policy. For all qualifying returns, please refer to our return policy in the main menu below.

WHAT IS THE USUAL TURN-AROUND TIME FOR MY ORDER?

We take around 1-2 business days to fully process your order. At any point of time, you are free to contact your Account Manager to know the status of your order.
